The Noggin 250 is the workhorse for subsurface mapping. With a center frequency of 250 MHz this system provides the optimal balance between depth of penetration and resolution. This durable system is the most popular of the Noggin family.
The Noggin SmartCart high-performance ground penetrating radar that has the capability to interchange antenna frequencies such using a 100 MHz, 250 Mhz, 500 MHz and 1000 MHz Antenna. This flexibility will allow you to use the Noggin SmartCart for a greater variety of applications. The Noggin systems also integrates an external GPS and post processing software. the Noggin 250 SmartCart uses patented ultra-wide band (UWB) ground-coupled antennas provide maximum signal penetration and the highest GPR data quality.
Noggins are available in four center frequencies, ranging from 100 MHz for deep penetration to 1000 MHz for shallow, high-resolution surveys. Easily switch your Noggin between a cart, hand-tow, trailer or handle configuration to collect data on any terrain.
